It uses enamel coated plain carbon steel spiral finned tubes to replace stainless steel tube in making heat conduction elements. The enamel layer is very thin, usually only 0.2mm, combining well with the carbon steel, not easy to be subject to encrustation and dust deposit, so its factual heat conduction effect is better than stainless steel. Moreover, it has excellent anticorrosion property, and certain abrasion proof and temperature change resistant properties.
The product has been applied in GGH system of Guizhou Anshun Electricity Plant and Chongqing Luohuang Electricity Plant. In operations and tests, all of its parameters achieved or surpassed designing standard.
